The Beaches of Lipari
On the Lipari island, there are many places, one close to each other, which deserve a sightseeing: Canneto, Spiaggia Bianca, Porticello and Campobianco are marvellous places, where the crystalline sea attracts thousand tourists to get a bath in its clear waters.
Cannetto, small village distant around 3 km from Lipari, offers a long, quiet sandy beach. More withdrawn is Spiaggia Bianca, where sand and pebbles coexist. Porticello is a gravelly bay on the northern coast of the island. Campobianco, so called for its whiteness, shows one among the most beautiful sea floor in the whole archipelago.
The southern coast of the island offers Valle Muria’s beach, well served, assuring all kinds of comforts.

Lipari by Night
Since the touristic stream in summer is remarkable, surely Lipari can’t be boring. Even before sunset, you can find Corso Vittorio Emanuele crowded with young people taking their first aperitif. It’s a good idea to have dinner outside, since restaurants are excellent: of course, the most beloved dishes are based on fish – absolutely fresh.
For people who can’t live without music, or just decide to spend their evening along with its company, there’s a plenty of clubs and discos situated in charming positions.
